Lidding Foils

Our foil material
Soft, fully annealed Aluminum allows conforming to the Aluminium association specification. The foil aluminium seal for glass bottles can have both the side surfaces bright or one side bright and the other side matt as desired by the clients. The standard garage options will be 0.03 mm with the tolerance of +/- 0.0024 mm, 0.028 mm with the tolerance of +/-0.0030 mm and 0.04 mm with a tolerance of +/- 0.0032 mm.

Sealant and coating
The different tub materials will ask for the various sealant film or lacquer for compatibility. One side of the foil is either coated with the heat seal lacquer, or it will be completely laminated with the suitable polymer films.
